Business Description
Atelier is the #1 restaurant in Canada, and one of the best dining experiences in the world. It deserves 3 Michelin stars and is quite frankly better than most Michelin star restaurants. Each bite is an incredible flavor journey with a well defined beginning middle and end. Every plate is a visual work of art with microscopic details that were careful placed by tweezers. This is a 40 course, 4 hour journey that is likely the best meal you will ever eat! Good news for those in Ottawa, the menu changes constantly, so after a year you will find a very different menu (while keeping a few favorites). Finally I will add that our waiter was incredible in his detailed descriptions of each dish, and really felt like our guide and our friend for 4 hours.
